At Jasashi, we follow a strict quality and hygiene protocol. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

A return query must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Raise a Return Request
Mandatory Requirements for Approval
To be eligible for a return, the customer must share:
- A proper unboxing video of the parcel
- Clear images of the product
- Product properly packed in original Jasashi packaging
- Original tag must be attached
- A photo of the parcel after packing, ready for dispatch
Once approved, our team will share the return shipping address. The customer has to self-dispatch the parcel.
Quality Check Process
After we receive the returned product:
- The product undergoes a thorough quality check within 1 working day
- The item must be unused, unworn, unstained and in original condition

Store Credit
If the return is validated, you receive store credit as a coupon for the same amount, usable on future purchases.
Important Notes
- Store credit is not applicable on sale items or flash sale products
- Returns raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
